The random popping up of websites that you mention can be a symptom of an adware/malware infection. If so, that could also explain poor performance and freezing. To clarify whether these symptoms are due to hardware or software issues, I recommend performing a Windows Reset. Be sure to first back up all personal data since this process returns the laptop to factory condition, removing any programs and files added after it left the factory.

Nothing but problems since day I started program!

Everyday I am calling because something is screwed up. If I didn't miss deadline for return I would have done so. I'd return the dam thing now even with Windows 10 installed! Frustration, anger and disappointment. I'm about ready to sell it, I hate it!!!
