The computer seems good enough, it would be better if it came with more memory. Be warned, the case is flimsy, the screen flexes when you open the top. I would not recommend this if you need to carry it around or travel.

It took some getting used to the windows 8. So far so good.

This laptop works well and has a clear screen. unfortunately the case seems like it would brake easily if not handled carefully. also the position of the CD drive causes it to open easily when re positioning on the lap.

Not the best for music production. Great for everyday use.

Not sure if it's the new Windows platform but it seems like this laptop came preloaded with all of the problems my old one had...searches are slow...pages don't want to load, programs don't want to load.

this laptop is a nice one, I give three stars cause there is no Bluetooth connection, touch screen, pretty big, nice size screen, all around its a nice laptop for beginners

The computer is not fast enough to work , very different from my last Toshiba. I use the brand for more than 10 years , t was i try to keep the brand in my company

I spent a few days reviewing and researching laptops to buy for my daughter. I kept coming back to this one. We are completely satisfied with our purchase and we would recommend it to anyone.

The mouse pad is not the most accurate and the speakers are horrible but other than that it's ok.

should have gotten I-3 or better otherwise I like the product also I like the Toshiba desktops very much we have two desktops from Best Buy

This was a replacement for a computer that was malfunctioning, but the old one has recovered, so I have not done much with the new one.

The touchpad no longer functions. The USB connections don't fit the connector very well, causing the peripherals not to function. I never did receive all of the software that was promised when I purchased the item. This is the second time I've purchased a laptop from Best Buy only to have it break down shortly after purchase. Never again.

Toshiba was the very first laptop I purchased. I've brought other name brands since then but I'm glad to have a new Toshiba.
