This is a pretty average laptop. The touch screen is convenient and I like that it has the number pad. I feel like the keys are small and I don't care for the mouse area. the "right" and "left" click buttons are TERRIBLE. They make loud clicking noises when pressed, and it seems like the cursor jumps around on screen. OK for the price. Nothing spectacular.

Great product for gaming, kid friendly, and user friendly. Fast speeds and so far no problems.

Got this for my son as a graduation present to help further his goals as an artist. He loves it, super fast with plenty of power and storage. Also good for gaming.

The computer is great, the processor is wonderful and the graphics when it comes to games is decent. However, Windows 10 was automatically installed and has many many problems. It won't recognize my external hard drive after multiple efforts to find a solution online, and now I find out that iTunes does not work with Windows 10. I love the computer but Windows 10 is terrible.

This computer was a great buy. Unlike all of the other computers I looked at, it was the only one that had a DVD/CD player. For me it is important to have a DVD/CD player in the computer instead of separate. Touch screen capability has been great and provided easy access. I would recommend this computer is anyone. It is light, easy to use and a great buy.

Bought this since I wanted a newer one to replace my aging laptop from 2010. Runs pretty good, touch screen is responsive and I like the overall feel and look to it. A bit big, but it works for me. The vent is kind of poorly placed and does get hot when doing memory/CPU intense stuff, try to keep it cool when you're playing games or whatever.

I was in the market for a new laptop that I could use for running MS Office to do my household budget and work with miscellaneous Word processing documents. I was looking at some cheaper machines with less computing power and less ram and this machine stood out. It was a little pricier than the other models but it was much better constructed and had the better processor and addition RAM standard. The display is very clear and the screen is surprisingly resistant to fingerprints even with it's glossy finish. Out of the box it would randomly drop connection to the internet, I thought the machine was faulty, turns out after I upgraded my ancient wireless router this machine absolutely flies. This laptop has similar DL/UL speeds as my desktop that is plugged directly into the router via a ethernet cable. For the money, you absolutely cannot beat this laptop. Style, Speed and Cost are all on point.

Needed to buy a laptop and was going through all the ones that were currently in stock. I picked this one due to the configuration but mostly due to the touchscreen. Good combination of RAM, disk space, and graphics card. After using for several months, I like the system. Wouldn't mind a bigger screen but for the price point just not an option.

Laptop is excellent quality. The only drawback is that the keyboard is very flat thus making typing a bit cumbersome.

Great computer for the price. With the Nvidia video card it plays games pretty well.

I wanted a laptop with a cd drive (not many out there) and bought this one. It is fine for most people I'm sure, but i have trouble with the flat keyboard and the number pad. Placement of keys does not have the right "feel" for me. I suppose I'll get used to it with time.

We bought this laptop for our 12 year old son. So far, it's been easy for him to use, big enough that he doesn't struggle with small keys and still light enough to move around with. The touch screen is a nice feature. No lighted keyboard but we haven't missed it.

I purchased this laptop because my old Toshiba did not support the video card requirements for the GoPro app and editing functions. It has ample power, storage, and memory to satisfy my needs. So far it is working without any problems.

I've never had a PC laptop before, but I was required to used one at my job. I did the research and decided to go with the Toshiba Satellite. It's got a beautiful screen resolution, great built-in speakers for sound, excellent battery life... this is a "go-to" computer. I would recommend it.

I received the Toshiba laptop computer as a gift from my kids. This is my first laptop and I have found it easy to use and very handy. The graphics are clear and programs are useful and easily accessed. I have a touch screen which I love! The touch screen makes navigating so easy and quick.

Great fast computer I'm used to. Desktop but finally went laptop and am pretty happy. Does everything I need just wish I had time to use it more. Good all around computer. I don't trust the keyboard seems a little cheap for the price but hasnt broken I'm just picky about my keys I guess.

Great laptop for the money! Toshiba fans are the best. I monitored this laptop for 5 months, price was great so, I decided to purchased it. Two weeks later it was reduced 50.00, I was shy 1 day of the price match, but Best Buy honored the price. Love Best Buy and Love my laptop!

Toshiba did a great job with this laptop. Had great memory and never slowed down on me.
