Have been very happy with the purchase. Have had 3 of the same laptops for 4 months and all are running well. Most of the newer models do not have Ethernet port of CD drive. This model has the features and are priced right. Highly recommended for home or office usage.

Justin Romanello ( the service rep) who came to our house to transfer our old files and set-up our new computer was extraordinary in his appearance, knowledge and customer service skills. He went way above and beyond in getting us properly set-up and really impressed our 12 year old son with his expertise. Baby boomers have a lot a disposable income and are not as likely to be as computer savvy as the younger generation. this is why for my situation it is worth it to me to have Best Buy do the set-up the computer for me and I believe it could be a very profitable money maker for Best Buy if they marketed a part of the advertising towards this target market for this type of customer service. It may be tricky as Best Buy may also want to be seen as a gen X or Y or millenial generation but I believe it could be done as evidenced by my and wife's and my young son's satisfaction.

I am a big fan of my Toshiba laptop. I like the touchscreen capability, larger screen, and 10 key. Picture quality is great too. I liked it so much we bought a second for my wife. Great price. It's last year's model, but I am not so caught up in that game.

Really good computer, perfect prize for type of processor. Only negative is the need to oversize the keyboard because has a separate numeric section. I don't really need that.

Good computer, good price. This is my 3rd Toshiba computer and I really like their product. Very reliable, long battery life and lightweight. I would recommend this computer.

When I considered the price with the features and power the Toshiba really did stand out a solid value. So far it's really lived up to the value that I was hoping for.

nice and easy and great screen resolution. pretty quick but not crazy fast. love the 10 key on the right hand side of the keyboard also the keys feel really nice

While I bought this primarily for my previous and now defunct Satellite, I'm impressed by the touch screen and the quietness of its keyboard.

Machine works great. Touchscreen is responsive. Only complaint is all of the tosbiba popups. Its like a free app from your phone where just have to deal with it to use the laptop. Laptop is great. Toshiba promo pop ups are horrid. Will never buy toshiba again just because of the that. Worst pre loaded garbage ever. Nearly like a phone. Stay away from the anti virus they give you. Kaperski or something. Just more pop ups that are really annoying.

I got this computer to replace my other Toshiba laptop. This is going on my 3rd Toshiba and they have been great computers. So when my other finally died saw this one and it has not let me down one bit. I still can't get used to Tablet mode or the touch of the screen but I will get used to it. No complaints at all. Toshiba surpasses even my Mac Book pro.

Haven't had a single issue with this product. It runs all my favorite games and doesn't seem to mind handling more demanding online games. Great buy!

I had a couple of issues. The first is that it seems as though it takes a long time to start. The second was difficulty loading Kaspersky. I had to call the Geek Squad, and they had to remote in. They got it loaded, but gave a message that it "Could not reconnect all network drives. I haven't had the time to investigate this latest issue. Office loaded perfectly, so it might be the Kaspersky download that is the problem.

Easy to use once you get used to the apps. Touch screen is nice although I don't always use it.

it is a great pc for basic and daily use and the touch screen makes navigation quick and easy

I bought this to replace my Lenovo that stopped working. I wanted one with a touch screen option. This is a good mid range computer.
