This is the first laptop that I have purchased. I am still getting to know all of its features. The Best Buy salesperson recommended this model based on my needs. I had difficulty with the set-up (not the laptop's fault) and had to take it in to the Geek Squad. I was set to role when I left the store. So far I have no complaints. I am pleased with the performance of this laptop.

I would probably give this computer slightly higher than 4 stars. While the performance seems great, the only issue I have is the mechanical design. My last computer had "soft" rounded edges. This has "hard" straight edges around the keyboard. While typing and resting my wrists on the edge, I get line impressions on my skin and it just isn't as comfortable as my last computer.

Excellent value in this fast Windows 10 machine. Intel processor sharp display 8 gB RAM Touch screen. Reasonably light.

Everything I expected, fast, easy to setup and a fantastic screen.

Even though I am still discovering and getting used to the touch screen functionality, I am absolutely loving it.

I was looking for a computer with good gaming compatability and for the price this is the best PC I could find.

My big desk top was "going south fast" so I needed to replace it. Wanted something more portable and easy to use. This fit the bill. Screen is clear, keyboard is fabulous (I'm not a typist so I need easy) and the sound? AMAZING. Didn't buy it for the speakers, but if Id noticed the brand before, I wouldn't have hesitated. Got it up and running in a matter of minutes (although all the SW updates did take some time. but that was to be expected.) LOVE it!!

bought this laptop for home office uise and video editing for my go pro and it has worked out awesome! battery life Is the only thing lacking but I have it plugged in most the time cuz I watch Netflix anyway. for the specs it is a great starter laptop with tons of storage space for all my music as well

it works great, does everything I need it to do. I would rather not have windows 10 but it is what it is.

We went from a desktop computer with tower, to this Toshiba laptop, and we love it! We do have to watch where our fingers hit on the keyboard, however, because the keys are sensitive to the touch. But getting familiar with this machine is rather easy, and enjoyable.

Nice to have PC that reacts fast. However, it is too fast sometimes, does things I don't want it too.

The laptop was bought for online school work and does a great job for that. Sometimes it freezes, but after restarting, the computer works fine again.

I've now used the Toshiba - Satellite P55T-C5114 15.6 Touch-Screen Laptop - Intel Core i5 - 8GB Memory - 1TB Hard for three months. Outstanding performance with managing large spreadsheets (500,000+ rows and up to 70 columns), drafting technical reports and presentations. I've used Toshiba laptops in business for the past 17 years, this machine is amazing.

Wanted something she could play games on or do school work.

The only bad things I have found on this laptop is that the screen is smaller than I would like and the touch screen is not very sensitive. Otherwise, this is better than the last Sony Vaio I bought and is 40% cheaper! Great entry level gaming laptop.
