The performance is great and the tablet option is very handy. I didn't think I would like a touch screen latop but it helps when I don't want to use the touch pad to scroll up and down a page.

I would not recommend this laptop for someone who stores a ton of stuff on their computer. I just wish the laptop was a little bit lighter. It's on the heavy side.

That is about all that is good. Every time he tries to access wifi at a hotel, the computer cannot access, even though he can access with his phone. It took several hours to install updates, and it has not worked right since. I would NOT recommend!

If Windows is displaying a "limited" or "no connectivity" message or indicating "no Internet access" even though you know that your Wi-Fi router is connected to the Internet, there's a fix for that which is normally installed automatically by Windows Update. Microsoft's support article at support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/3114149 explains details about the symptom, cause, and how to implement the solution.
Toshiba also has a Support Bulletin at www.support.toshiba.com/sscontent?contentId=4008443 with detailed instructions on how to manually implement the solution.
If the above info doesn't lead to a resolution of the Wi-Fi reliability issue please contact Toshiba support at 800-457-7777 for troubleshooting help.

For the simplicity of what we need it for it does the job. We have an all in 1 remote and this supports the system to program our divices. Husband also uses it for his fish finder updates and maps. Works great

It gets the job done and it's small and portable enough for travel. A great option if you are looking for a cheap laptop that is not a chromebook.
