Have not given it as of yet but the salesman really sold the features of this laptop to me.

Was unfortunate I got the "Blue screen of death" out of the box for this computer. WiFi has issues which Toshiba will send a patch for after you set up your computer.

When you need a quick laptop for DJ'ing, this is a good machine. Does what I need it to do.

Got this for school and I love it. I love how the screen can go to tablet. And you can switch the view of the screen.

Everything about this laptop is just great. It's easy to manage, and it's just the right size. I especially love the fact that it has a touch screen, and you can even flip the screen to turn into tablet mode! I'd definitely repurchase if given the opportunity again.

I had an issue with the first one I bought. I brought it home and the screen went black, with fragments of what was currently on the screen. This happened in initial set up. So I just went right back to the store the worker there told me it must of been a bad drive and replaced my computer with another one. It works great. It was rated highly so I was shocked it had an issue. The worker said the same. I still have my replaced one and I love it.

i did immediately upgrade the RAM to max 16gb and changed the HDD to a SSD to achieve maximum performance. the computer was fine before but since my desktop is built for speed i couldn't keep my hands off this. it plays WOW, overwatch, and a few other games on good settings with very good FPS. i do recommend at least doing an SSD drive since my load times from button press to password screen is only a few seconds now. The fact that it folds to a tablet is also a great thing. I have only 1 complaint about this laptop/tablet and that is the gloss screen is terrible in any light/outdoors. i did put on a anti-glare screen protector and that has helped it tremendously.

Easy setup and meets all requirements for my granddaughter starting college.
