It was a quick decision: I liked the size of the screen, the feel of the keys, and the ability to use it in either tablet or laptop mode. The screen is clear and bright also, making it easy to read and see in bright daylight. I use my new Toshiba all the time for everything from work to watching the latest shows on Netflix. Nicely done, Toshiba!

This recent purchase was for my DH and he too is pleased . Great resolution, nice 4 way flexibility , decent sound , light weight and great screen size. Nice interaction once again with the Best Buy associates including GS. Everything transferred, which is scary when moving from Windows 7 to Windows 10, glad to report all is good.

I got it with Windows 10, which never completely uploaded when I started the PC up. This led to three trips to Geek Squad to correct the error, which ended up being un-fixable. The Geek Squad team member suggested I scrap this PC and buy a different one, which I did. End of story.

Most of my memory goes to documents and pictures. After speaking with 2 guys from the computer department about this laptop, I decided to go ahead and purchase it. They said it would be perfect for what I needed it for. It is exactly what I needed. So happy with it!

The computer is extremely fast and has excellent screen quality. My only complaint is with the touch pad for the mouse. It is really sensitive and constantly zooms in when I am just scrolling.

The screen detail is super and that was one reason I chose this laptop. The only thing that I miss is that it doesn't have a CD drawer - you have to purchase an additional item to be able to use a CD. It comes with Windows 10 and many other bells and whistles. It is well worth the price.
