I wish I didn't have to purchase Microsoft office.

This laptop is everything I expected and more. Though a bit on the heavier side, it isn't too bad when you consider it is a 2 in 1 and has a 15.6 inch screen. This unit is highly recommended.

Only had this laptop for about 1 month so far and really like it. Windows 10 taking some getting used to. Cortana is very helpful too. Lol

Needed help to figure out how to shift back and forth from tablet to laptop to make the keyboard work. It's probably simple, but they don't send along a "here's how it works" guide. Other than that, it's what you expect in a laptop with a touch screen.

Bought two of these one for each of my kids and they love them. They are quick and cool laptops one of they great features you can use it as a tablet. Will recommend this laptop to anyone

I have not had any hardware issues. It functions as advertised. Windows 10 is easy to use, was avoiding Windows 8. Would recommend buying mouse and external DVD drive at the same time.

I was really excited when I bought this laptop and the first days I used it. Nevertheless, after 11 days it started to freeze and I couldn't even turn it off. I changed it for a different computer, same model, which was very easy at Best Buy, and the new one frezeed THE FIRST TIME I TURNED IT ON!! Could not believe it. Sadly I had to return it the next day and changed it for a Mac.

Great features and I love love the easy set-up. I bought this exact model for my husband too. That makes 2 of the same computer model in the same household, that should say something.

I love the brightness of the screen. Has been reasonable to set up. I am older so not quite as tech savvy as my grandkids but have been able to find answers to all my questions

This is lightweight and great for me as a returning student. With built-in Bluetooth, I'm able to connect to my wireless headset with ease.

Very pleased with the new laptop. Setup was a breeze and there were no issues with the machine.

I have decided to try a toshiba because several family members have had them and they have had no trouble with them. this is my first but it fullfills all my requirements

Bought this for my son in the Military. So far He loves it. Time will tell on how well it holds up. Had all the features he wanted and some I thought he would like.

This laptop is great for college, as its not too heavy to lug around. Very easy to navigate, although it does have a slight problem connecting to older wifi systems.

So far I love it. As long as I have space for my business inventory it will be a winner.

I use the latop for school, i know i can found one more cheep but i want this because i dont want to buy other in 2 years this i going to use for the next 5 years

No problems with my new laptop. Windows 10 was installed along with Webroot. Customer service people showed us how to use and setup up certain apps that were needed.

I love this computer. It's fast and easy to use. I would certainly buy it again.
