This is the nicest laptop I have ever had. It is light weight and quick in speed.

Excellent laptop for my needs which are basic. Love that the keyboard lights up and the touch screen. Some annoying bloatware. Laptop is quick and great screen resolution.

I was leary of a Toshiba laptop. So far, so good. I look forward to seeing what else I can get done with the new laptop!

Replaced my old Toshiba - Satellite which was stolen. This new one is so much improved and a great joy to work with.

I purchased this computer at the Best Buy store on July 30. Upon arriving at home, I turned it on only to get an error message "dpc watchdog violation", when it circled to restart a few times before restarting. I downloaded all of my documents into the new computer only to find that I generally received this error 3 out of 4 times I turned on the computer. I called Microsoft, who told me to bring the computer back to Best Buy. I called Best Buy, which told me to bring it in to be repaired and that it would take 15 minutes. When I got into Best Buy, they told me that since I had gotten that error at least 20 times over the 5 days, I should just trade the computer in for a new one. When I asked them to migrate all of my documents to the new computer, given the situation, they said I would have to pay $80, which didn't seem fair, given the circumstance. So I wound up buying a pen drive and spending over an hour transferring my documents to the pen drive. Then it took Best Buy over a half hour to get their computers to make what seemed to me should have been an easy transaction, as I was simply swapping for the exact same computer. Bad news. I got the new computer home and turned it on and got the SAME error message "dpc watchdog violation". After spending a few more hours transferring documents to the new computer and uploading necessary software, I have updated all of the drivers on the new computer, as I read online that that may help. Hoping for the best at this point. My recommendation to you is to NOT get this computer.

GREAT PRODUCT AND VALUE, REALLY SERVES ITS PURPOSE FOR MY USE, WOULD RECOMMEND TO FRIENDS AND FAMILY FOR EVERYDAY USE

Have not had any problems, even the upgrade to Windows 10 was fine. Surprised that it did not have an optical drive.

Everything seems to be working perfectly so far. New product for me, so not sure exactly how it's supposed to work.

The laptop is always bugging out and I am just not a fan of Windows 10. Luckily I know my way around on windows pcs. I almost never use the foldable tablet mode, how ever the touch screen is detrimental to mobile computing and I find that the use between the click pad and touch screen makes getting work done easier.

It's a very nice laptop-tablet. It switches easy from laptop to tablet anytime I needed! So far, happy with it!

Dont spend more on fancy computers this one has all the power and features you need for a simple work computer

I always buy Toshiba Satellite laptops, and they last me a long time.

Works like I expected. Wouldn't have looked at Toshiba but sales person recommended it. Would buy again.

it offers Bluetooth 4.1 connectivity for syncing devices and a 750GB hard drive, iam very happy with it

Nothing better for a high school senior / college freshman. Easy to operate and no hardware problems.
