I should have returned it and gotten a different brand I like better but this was a gift. It has crashed on me numerous times and I have been in constant contact with GeekSquad, thank god I purchased the coverage.

System crashes can be due to hardware failure, but are most frequently caused by software issues. Possibilities include critical system file corruption, incompatible driver installation during an optional software update, unstable applications, and malware infection, among others.
Performing a Windows Refresh or Reset is the most straightforward way to determine whether you’re experiencing a software or hardware issue. If the laptop doesn't work after a Windows Reset then please contact Toshiba support at 800-457-7777.
