i love how you can manipulate the screen position except when it stands on the keyboard

The large black letters & numbers on the backlit keyboard in contrast to the silver background make it easier for me to see. I love that feature and also appreciate the high-definition screen.

Accessing icons by double-clicking doesn't always work and requires multiple tries. Main menu is difficult to navigate and find files. If this hasn't been purchased solely out of necessity as an emergency fix, I would have purchased a Mac and spent the extra money. I wish I had returned this computer when I had the chance.

This laptop tablet is a great product. It is user friendly and the capability of using a keyboard and touch screen are amazing . It is a great value for the ease and quality.

wifi would never connect right & touchpad broke on 4th use. Took it back after 3 weeks and 5 uses. Geeksquad said they ask salesmen to not sell these bc they're the most common laptop seen for service. 1 quick google search will tell you they're notorious for bad touch pads. Beautiful computer. Only on the outside though.

As always Toshiba has come through with a great product for the price! Thin, lightweight, and has a great screen! Love thr backlight keyboard. Would highly recommmend!

I really like the solid feel of the device. The screen looks bigger than it is and the keys are spacious. I realized weeks after I got it that it doesn't have an Ethernet port. Wi-Fi is very fast so I don't know that I need one. If I do I can buy a converter from USB to Ethernet.

A little slow to start up but I like the quality of the picture.

It's refurbished and I am not sure that the internal microphone is actually working and the hard drive seems to be exceptionally noisy. Other than that, I like it very much. The case is well put together, it looks good, having 8GB of memory is great. Definitely recommend.

Certain keys have stopped working,the mousepad does not click very easy and kind of does what it wants a lot of the times, I have already taken it to IT help because it wouldn't download any software updates. Almost every time I type in my password to log in to my laptop it says I have the incorrect password, so I have to retype the same exact thing I just typed and then it recognizes it as correct. It will also sometimes turn completely off or update when my laptop is sleeping and therefore close out of everything I have up without warning. I've had this computer for about a month and I am really regretting not dishing out more money for a better quality laptop. I am trying to finish my graduate degree and I want to throw this computer against a wall.

Love it easy to use, fast, lots of memory! Touchscreen is great! Love the flexibility of the outer covering that bends under and works like a pad!!

I bought this product about a month ago, it seems to be good but only thing I don't care for is the slow start up time I don't even have many programs that open on the start up either so if ur looking for something fast I wouldn't suggest this

Love this lightweight, versatile laptop/tablet computer. No loving Windows 10 that was already installed. But the computer is great.

We bought a Toshiba at work for and I fell in love with it! Couldn't wait to purchase one for my self at home. Love the multi function of it.

I checked product reviews online before my purchase. I found many stating that the computer screen went black during setup and never came back on. Of course, I ignored them thinking that could never happen to me. A brand new computer should work, right?! WRONG! I started setup on my brand new computer after waiting a week for my laptop to arrive. Boom, black screen. Thoroughly disappointed in this product. I'll never buy a Toshiba again!

I use this for my business and school as well. It's easy to use and carry. I would like more options such as a hard cover case to protect it from scratches and a keyboard cover to protect the keys as it gets use frequently.

The first Shark handheld vac did not work. Would not hold a charge, returned for an exchange. This second vac works but it certainly is not as good as I expected. If I had it to do over, I would not buy this vacuum.

This laptop will be used for personal use and it does just the trick for what I need it for! I love the touch-screen option. I never really thought it would make much of a difference but it's very convenient.
