    Not much a fan of 2-in-1's. Wifi connection isn't as good as regular laptops and it keeps disconnecting my external hard drive when watching movies.

      Thank you for the review, Notafan, and sorry to hear about the Wi-Fi problem with your Satellite P55W-C5200X.

      If Windows is displaying a "limited" or "no connectivity" message or indicating "no Internet access" even though you know that your Wi-Fi router is connected to the Internet, there's a fix for that which is normally installed automatically by Windows Update. Microsoft's support article at support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/3114149 explains details about the symptom, cause, and how to implement the solution.

      Toshiba also has a Support Bulletin at www.support.toshiba.com/sscontent?contentId=4008443 with detailed instructions on how to manually implement the solution.

      I wonder if you've done any troubleshooting yet regarding the disconnecting of the external hard drive to isolate the problem to the laptop. If not, I recommend connecting it to another computer to determine whether or not the problem only occurs when connected to the P55W-C5200X. If it also occurs with other computers then, of course, that will mean that the problem is with the drive or its cable.

      Please contact Toshiba support at 800-457-7777 for additional troubleshooting help, if needed.

    A wonderful laptop for someone who doesn't know about tech stuff. The only problem I have with it is that it told me I needed to do something with the log in and I don't know what it had me do but now instead of logging in with a 4 digit code it asks for a password but none of my passwords work so I can't log into the administrator account i can only log into the guest account which makes the laptop basically useless. :(

    Love it. Beautiful, multitasking and fast. Why only 4 stars? I am not crazy of the touchpad, not because it is very large but sometimes it is not responsive as I would like too.

    Computer is a flip so it can be a tablet as well, but when switching or even just using the touch screen the touch part does not always work and does not rotate back to laptop style without shutting it down I am unable to use the keyboard. The touch screen will quit working in the middle of doing things making it so I have to just shut the power off and turn it back on before I can do anything.

    My compliments to the Bluffton, SC and Beaufort, SC locations for providing exceptional customer service. After getting the run around from Toshiba I had to return my first one. Toshiba needs to take better care of their customers. It took Toshiba's IT department over 6 hours and 3 call backs before my brand new computer would complete the set up process much less actually work. After finally getting in touch with Toshiba's corporate offices they were as bad as the people on the 800 number.

    I have only had my computer for a month. It freezes, shuts down on its own, has static lines that run through it. Sometimes the 10 key pad doesn't work. It disconnects/connects to the Internet repeatedly. I have other computers going at the same time and they don't do that so I know it's not my internet. I wish it had only been 15 days or less. I would be taking it for a full refund. I NEED my computer, but this one is not reliable at all.
