Perfect computer for excellent price. unbeatable xo

Works great and fast. Easy to figure out how to use

I received this laptop with the touch screen not even working. I had two different people look at the laptop to try to get it to work, however, neither of them could figure it out. I took it into Best Buy where they told me that it was broken. They then ordered me the exact laptop. However, after having received Delay Email after Delay Email I got a Cancel Email saying that this product wasn't even available anymore. I was never refunded the money until I had to eventually go to the store. After spending an hour at the store waiting for the whole thing figured out, I eventually got my money back. The whole process of getting the laptop the first time to getting my money back took 4 months. I'm very unhappy with Best Buy.

I purchased the laptop in March and 25 days later, one of the key caps broke off. Best Buy gave me a new computer and swapped the hard drive between the new computer and the broken one. I am a touch typist and hit the keys harder than someone that types hunt and peck. The key cap that came off was not one I used. I'll hold my opinion until I see how the new one holds up or is as fragile as the previous one.

Use my laptop for school and web browsing. Great for all of the above and can also handle gaming. Great computer I love it.

Computer won't stay connected to internet. Have to re-boot twice before connecting. Walk away for 5 minutes & it disconnects.

This was the third laptop purchased as replacements for stolen ones. Really loved it so we keep buying the same one.

I've been using this computer for a month or so now and it's been working very well. My usage is mainly basic household uses, no gaming. But having needed a backup, it had a very fast processing speed and didn't slow down too much.

this is a great buy, it saves you money from paying for cable, I have been with roku for 3 years and it is the best.

The computer itself is great, but the Windows 10 is not ideal. Nothing bad to say about the computer.

This item I'm have problems with my Wi-Fi connection on this computer it seems to just disconnect random.

I am really enjoying my sleek laptop. Havn't used it as a tablet yet but will in my fall classes.

I would have given it a 5 star, but I'm not a fan of Edge.

the screen size expands and shrinks on its own. very annoying

I just brought this laptop and its a good deal. It has a super resolution and its too good to watch videos. I would highly recommend this product. Only negative i can think about is it has a lot of bloatwares, which you might to need to uninstall.

I love the remarkable clarity of the pictures, and, the movies. Toshiba makes user friendly items. I have never owned anything by Toshiba, and, my experience has been nothing short of delightful.

slow doesnet go on internet easily hate windows 10

This is a great laptop, but I hate having to buy a separate external DVD drive.

The slowest laptop I've ever owned. Booting up was a chore, and wifi kept turning itself off. I'd have to reboot to get wifi working again, and therein lies the vicious cycle of pain. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. The plus side was that Best Buy nice enough to accept my return of this paperweight.
