Got this for my son for his homeschooling and it is the best laptop he has ever used he loves that it's a laptop tablet and touch screen .

I bought this for my daughter so she can get familiar with it before taking it to school next year and she is very happy with it. She had a Macbook before but she likes this much more.

This notebook works great.its like having a notebook and notepad all in one.Only thing I dont care for is it has no DVD/CD rom drive.

The laptop is wonderful. It flips back so you can use it as a tablet. Touch screen as well. My only thing is that I use a mouse because the touchpad kind of sucks. Other than that 10/10

Loving this laptop. The only reason I did not give it all 5 stars is that I think the track pad is a little to sensitive. Other than that, I have had no issues what so ever. So not a big deal and it's better than the 2 HP laptop track pads I tried before getting this one. Had to return the HP ones.

I have been enjoying my new laptop. It is thin and light weight, and works well in tablet mode, though there are issues with pressing keys when on my lap in tablet mode. Haven't figured out how to disable the keyboard in tablet mode yet, if at all possible. Besides that, I am happy with my purchase.

This wasn't the 1st laptop I wanted, but decided to splurge a little more money for a better one. I was hesitant of buying a Toshiba, as I wanted an HP, but the two touch screen models I was comparing this one was $50 cheaper. So far, so good. Touch screen works awesome, and the rest of the laptop is as fast as can be. I even tried the i5 version of this 1st, and that one was just as good as this i7.

I recently bought another PC brand and ended up returning it for a Toshiba. This is my third Toshiba and I have been very satisfied with the product. They are very reliable and customer support is very good. I gave this PC a 4 star rating because I wish they had a longer battery life.

The laptop works great. Very fast and the screen is very sharp. Webcam and mic work well.

Very easy to use, love the touch screen that makes things easier. Definitely recommend, great brand and a lot to offer.

Bought two of these for my daughters, they use them for college work. We have had only minor issues with one not wanting to work right, but so far they watch movies with no issues and do homework. I am concerned with the hinges, but they are being very careful when rotating the screen.

This laptop is nice, and I love the features that it provides. It is quick and generally doesn't give me any issues. The only issue I have had was trying to play a game that I recently purchased on it. Aside from that I have had no issues, and would recommend this laptop to anyone.

I love this laptop. We got it with the college student deal. It took $150 off. But it was an amazing deal and the laptop has been everything I've needed and wanted.

The stainless steel look really caught my eye, but I have an older toshiba satellite and it lasted over 4 years. I like the flexibility of the screen, and ability to auto switch to tablet mode the most. Great display and backlight on the keys. Over all a really great computer.

I am an online student and this laptop is perfect. it has great sound for listening to lectures without having to use external speakers. It is also very easy to navigate.

I replaced another Toshiba Satellite that had Windows Vista. Clearly it was time for an update. I'm learning all of the updates. I like the touch screen.

If you can get the product without having to interface with the salesperson, it is a great buy. The product was for sale but they didn't have a boxed one available. It had to be ordered and it took a week to arrive. I was promised to get to Geek service as soon as I would see the store again, and when I got back there they asked me whether I had an appointment. I said I did not. Of course, back to square one. Made the appointment and came there for a third time. Again, great product - horrible customer service. But rest assured that your interest is well-protected: nobody goes to see you for your sales team. If I had the same product available somewhere else I would have gone there, but it is not available. You have great prices and a wide array of options, so I will continue keeping up with your people. Side note, as an example: your sales person told me that if I didn't provide my email address she couldn't sell me the product. Of course I did. I needed the product as a present for Mother's Day, and she knew it. I explained that you can change a vehicle engine at a mechanics' garage without providing an email address. What if you don't have one? You cannot buy? And other things too. But this is not about the salesperson. It tells me you have no (effective) training protocol. Great product, though!

So far so good. It would have been REALLY helpful if the sales guy had mentioned that I'd need an HDMII-to-VGA cable! He knew I had two older monitors to hook up to the laptop. I was a little bummed that I had to go out and buy one. I did NOT buy one at Best Buy.

I am very happy with the computer and it will do more than I need it to. Windows 10 is working out very well and is doing everything I want it to do.
