Great computerThe only downside to it is I don’t like that it’s touchscreen and you see all the fingerprints on the screen especially if it’s a teenage son who owns it

Generally like the item, except the touch screen continually changes the zoom of the screen and the size of the icons without my intent. Would not recommend touch screen on a laptop again.

This is a fantastic laptop for personal and business use. Long battery life, great keyboard and ease of use.

I have always liked Toshiba. The sound quality is better than any other lap top. A good buy for the price.

Needed a new lap top for school, this specific Toshiba had more memory and the newer Intel processor.

It is slower than my last laptop, but much lighter. I like the touch screen and flip screen capabilities. The keyboard lights up, which is a big plus at night.

The laptop is of good quality and price with the school discount. Compared it to comparable laptops and choose this one for appearance and apparent quality.

This computer was very easy to set up and use. There were no problems with it at all. Very Fast!

This laptop does everything I need it to and more. I love the Windows ten it's easy to use.

Bought it for the processor in it and hard case. I couldn't get the student discount on it at the time, thus didn't qualify and was disappointing

Purchased for my daughter going back to school. Easy to use and lightweight. No problems

This has been the best laptop I have had in years. As a college student it has served it's purpose and for sure will last me until I graduate. The option to fold it back or in to tent/preview mode is wonderful. Works well with an external monitor with key board and mouse. Best quality, best support I have had with it.

After only using this laptop for a week the keyboard stopped working. I did some research online and others had the same problem. One blogger suggested holding down the right shift key for 10 seconds which I did and amazingly the keyboard worked. I plan to take the machine back to Best Buys when I am next in the US as I do not think this is acceptable

This has done everything as advertised. It is quick and the battery life is what you would expect. I have not operated the computer without all the battery saving settings in their off mode The anti virus program that came with it did not perform to my expectations, so I switched to a different one. Other than that one issue(which was a software problem), this is a very good computer.

This is a great laptop, the price was spectacularly low for the value that I got
