I haven't had this Product for that long and sometimes when trying to use my mic to wright a message it says my mic isn't working.. And go Figure best buy is Sold out of this phone.

Good phone, Average functions

Buttons on back of phone make quick lock and unlock a little harder to do. Buttons on side are my preference. Phone has good functions, easy to use. Overall the phone is average for the market. Good starter phone or temporary replacement.

Expensive phone/low quality

Has bad reception and so little memory for the cost. Around $170 just for the unit. Two of us bought it and both are disappointed!
