The phone is too small. It gets hot to the point I feel like its burning my leg. It does not stay charged up very long, less than 24 hours.

This phone is reasonable for the cost. Good phone for someone who doesn't need a lot of bells and whistles.

Phone maybe ok. It was a gift to teach responsibility but it's wasn't the right kind of prepaid.

too many icons, too complicated to learn, not for senior age people over 60. I just want a cell phone, no games, internet and emails, etc. and all that jazz. Turned it back in and brought my old flip flop that I truly love. Save 30 bucks too. Love Best Buy but not this cell phone.

I purchased this phone because my wife left her phone in California and she was going to use this until it was shipped to us. I purchased minutes and everything for it and it never activated.

You get what you pay for. This is good for someone looking for a basic smartphone.

I did not like this phone at all I bought it because it's cheap.

I didn't expect to like this phone so much. I am a mid-twenties user who needed a quick, cheap replacement phone when my other one became unusable. The screen is a little smaller than what I wanted at first, but I think it's a great size now. It's compact and easy to carry around and I find it very intuitive and customizable. I'm very happy with this phone.

This is a good smart phone with all the basic functions included. It has 1.5 gb of ram, which is rare with phone in this price range. That's a big plus. It also has front and back cameras. The front camera has 2 mp, which is good comparing with other basic phones, which usually have 0.2 mp front camera. The interface is not that good though. Lg put a lot of bloatware into this phone and navigation seems a bit difficult with the interface. Other than those, everything seems to be fine.

Luckily I got this phone for twenty bucks it was on sale, I usually use iPhones but I always crack the screen because im clumsy, couldn't afford to fix my phone I bought this phone just to use the apps and WiFi, works great my Lil tablet. FYI you don't have to activate this phone just to use apps or for the Wi-Fi as it says above. Just need to have access to Internet.

Nice size. Really slim. Screen has good clarity and has good sound. Fair battery life and charges rather quickly.You could not ask for anything more.

We bought this phone and service for our daughter to have for her class trip and it is perfect. By us using automatic payments monthly she gets more Data/month than our daughter who is on our regular plan. The phone has great coverage, camera picture quality is very good and all around is a great phone.
