I like this phone but find best but warranty is not so great

Love my phone works just fine camera is okay 4g is the bomb

The phone is ok for the price, but the main issue is the camera, takes a while to focus and picture doesn't always comes out good, it's a good media phone though.

I got this phone for my dad for his first smartphone

the best service in the state work all over excellent

My phone broke and I had insurance on it and this was my replacement phone. What a disaster this phone is. It doesn't have have Microsoft Office, I had word and excel on my last phone which was cheaper then this one and this one Doesn't even have a calculator. I need to do a lot of work form my phone and this doesn't cut it. This phone is only 2 weeks old,The battery is dead in 2-3 hours when your not even on it, I have to put it in the fridge just to cool it down because it gets sooo hot, Now I have to return it to Best BUt for a new new, then I will have to sit there for 2 to 3 hours again for them to set me up and transfer all of my information because of this. I don't have time for all of this in my busy schedule. I work 2 full time jobs and I am a single mother of 2. I have no idea when I'm going to be able to get back to Best Buy to do an exchange. Very Frustrated!!!!!!

I have been through quite a few pre paid phones trying to find one that is actually durable and doesn't freeze up 2-3 times a day. This is hands down the best I've had way better than the HTC desire 612 and half the price. I've had the phone 2 weeks with no issues and amazing service. I get a full day of pretty heavy use out of the battery. Camera is good much better than the 13 megapixel camer one the blu 5.0 he 4g .. You're not gonna find a better phone for the price period. My moms s4 has already jammed up twice while mines going as good as the day I opened it.

I like the overall of the phone not so much the camera quality.

Poor camera, keyboard and speaker make this phone seem like a lemon. I should've save my money for Moto E 2gen instead. Smh

Good phone for you if you need a phone for a couple months

I really like this phone. Have had no problems with it.

The screen would sometimes shut off while using it, and sometimes wouldn't turn back on. I only used it for about a month until I could upgrade my plan, and for that purpose it was an OK temporary phone.

Would I buy it again . no wish it had unlimited data

the phone is not good very slow and takes for ever to come out - camera is also very shaky don't take very good pictures

This is a good prepaid phone if you are going to use it in the US, not so much if you are trying to use it internationally which was my case because it will not get unlocked
