    Knocked off the table fell on carpeted floor but landed corner edge first and shattered that corner of the screen. In my opinion it should nohave broken with such a minimal impact but it was wrecked, unsalvagable

    The phone is ok. I had returned a less expensive LG phone that was broken with a geek squad warranty. The time taken to return/buy this was over 2 hours. the store was a little busy, but many employees doing NOTHING. With the amount of time taken and having to spend over 4 times the price of origional phone[everything out of stock] i felt VERY taken advantage of and will remember this AWFUL experiance ,I will think twice next time I attempt a purchase at Best Buy.

    It's just so so. Annoying click of notifications for emails and Facebook. It also drops calls. The instructions book does not explain anything. I will soon be buying a new phone.
