You get what you pay for

Problematic
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The service agent at Best Buy did the setup wrong when I first purchased the phone, and Verizon also messed up, compounding the problems with the phone and Verizon services. Verizon started charging me fees for someone else's phone on top of my fees. When I complained to Verizon they blocked my phone. Instead of Verizon fixing their mistake, they forced me to purchase another phone. Returning the phone as a defective product was the only way I could get credit towards the cost of my new phone.
