Well, other than the battery dying full charge in about two hours and just, "not right," I will eventually toss it when I decide another brand. Would not be so rude but when I did return it to the store. (a day beyond the ret. policy. and I do live 50mi. from the nearest store.) Well, I returned the same way I entered. I did not go with a attitude as I understood the policy of two week and one day...Best Buys responsibility ends.

Best Buy Listing Did Not Say Phone Was Locked
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I just spent over 3 hours trying to get this phone unlocked from Verizon in order to use my prepaid 60 minutes Tracfone card. Finally, those Verizon people, they switched me to 3 different idiots, hung up on me! The phone is still locked and I cannot activate it with TracFone.

Great phone for my son!

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.If you just need a phone,I guess it's fine but if you want to do anything else, expect to want to throw it against a wall when it freezes,doesn't respond to voice or touch commands or lags behind so much you forget what you wanted to do., Even with an added SD card (10$) I only have 17 aps..no room for more, The sound quality is pretty good,but it was a total waste of money otherwise.It's even hard to lock and if you don't lock the phone,that;s when the screen becomes super sensitive to touch and your settings will change or you will butt dial someone. Spend your money on something better. . You do get what you pay for,
