The screen is bright and there is a variety of ways to personalize the phone. I took the free Samsung class offered at Best Buy and the staff there has been helpful as well.

Good phone for average user

It may not be the one if you're a super high techie but it is fine for a 50-something like me who just needs phone, text and email and a few apps. My old phone was starting to have problems and I just needed a replacement at a reasonable price tag.
