Great unlock smartphone for what it has to offer. :)

I switched providers, so I couldn't bring my Samsung Galaxy S5 over. Not wanting to spend the money on another higher end phone, I chose this one. It's features and user interface are very close to those of the S5, which made the switch much less complicated than going to another brand. I miss the larger screen, but this phone offers the same capabilities at less cost.

Bought this to keep my children busy while waiting in lines at disney and to check on reservations and such. Great that I can purchase minutes when I need them, instead of being tied to a needless contract every month. Very easy to use phone. Enjoying it so far. Didn't give 5 stars because I haven't had it long.

I purchased this for my dad for his first smart phone. It has the familiar interface of any galaxy phone with the added bonus of being very affordable. The phone feels sort of cheap, and the screen isn't what you'd get with an S series phone, but the performance is solid. I was happy with the purchase.

This Smartphone has all the bells and whistles without the high price tag.

So far I love the phone it browsed and takes excellent pictures

With no previous Smart Phone experience, it took a while to figure out what it was all about and to start using some of the many features of the phone. I also looked for and finally found the User Guide which has been VERY helpful in learning how to do many things that this phone is capable. Overall, very satisfied.

I like my my new phone but don't have any thing to compare it with. Learning every day.

I did not own a smart phone before buying this one so I have nothing to compare it to. It does everything that I want (calling, texting, Chromecast, and taking pictures). The shutter speed is painfully slow but the photos are a nice quality.

I bought the phone in your Greensboro n.c. store. I had a old flip phone for many years and was afraid to upgrade because I was not sure if I could set it up, but your employee help me and did everything!! He is a asset to your company.

We bought this pre paid phone for our 11 year old son, for when he went out of town for a week long soccer camp. It is a high quality phone, especially for being a pre paid phone. He was able to make calls, use text message and play games on it.

This is a great phone, i's not big on the android system but this device really has cool features and you cant beat the price. Samsung Galaxy J1 could be a great back up phone.

I bought this samsung smartphone on a prepaid plan for less than $20 on Black Friday. For the price and features, I would definitely recommend the phone especially for a new smartphone user.

I had trouble with the first one but since exchanging it this one seems to be ok. It's a pretty good prepaid phone for the money. I'd take it over a contract phone any day. And with best buy geek squad I can always get it replaced or fixed. :)
