Great phone for newbie

Obviously they don't need something super expensive, so this fit the bill perfectly. And it was on sale which made it even better. Its a Samsung phone so you know it rocks plus my kid mostly will be online thru wifi and texting me, so extra stuff not needed.

it's okay for a phone

I have to turn the phone off because it will not clear or go back when more than one call comes in @ a time. I can't always switch between calls. If I play a simple game it jams up as well. No, I would not recommend this phone to anyone expecting to get a smart phone as I was.
