This was a gift to our son and he loves it. He says it feels almost like a tablet and works so much better than any other phone he has had.

This phone is great but I had several problems with total wireless so unfortunately I had to return it.

Perfect starter phone gor my daugther. Doesnt have the greatest camera or screen resolution but 9 year old kids dont notice any of that.

Phone was delivered in perfect shape. There were a few delays for delivery due to the weather, but was updated promptly.

returned 1st phone and up graded. to a 32 gb but the sales person ( kyle ) die not transfer , my network ( total wireless ) from the return phone. so there for i had to, get, a new service ,plan ( $ 35.00 ) two , in one month after leaving the ,store , and getting home had to turn . around , and go back. he should have transferd , it at the store, and checked , it at that time, not a happy camper

As far as I'm concerned the Best Buy crew lied to me and this phone was not unlocked and I cannot use it with my Verizon carrier or I would have never bought it

Couldn't get it activated. Called Total Wireless several times. Next thing that happened was neither of our phones would work. After spending hours using neighbors phone trying to get our phones working without success, I cancelled our Total Wireless account.

My brother has one and I think I am about to get one too. I see so much good things in here and I cant wait to get it. And I am shocked by the price of only $100 Dollars. Great Phone over all.
