It was written no contract phone, but the network provider has put minimum 12 months contract conditions to unlock the phone to any other network.

There was no information available about that phone in the Best Buy website mentions that this phone paired with the “total wireless SIM” and it’s locked phone not unlocked phone. I bought it realized that it’s locked for that company, returned it ! Bought unlocked phone , but not this time from the Best Buy again . They don’t give you enough information about the product !

Absolutely loving this phone! Speed, memory, big bright display - almost bought it for $99, decided to wait for Black Friday/Cyber Monday deals and got it for half that. This simply does everything I want a phone to do, and does it well. All the apps I had to delete off my old phone because I didn't have enough memory - they're all on here and then some, and I still have plenty of space. Downloads are super fast compared to my old phone, and I even get a better phone signal out here in the boonies. The camera's not as good as my point-and-shoot, but still very acceptable quality for posting to social media and getting kitty pics/videos. I love this phone so much I've actually bought it a case and screen protector - never done that for any phone I've previously owned. Highly recommend!
