My order came on time, great! My order was right and looked wonderful! Was so excited to activate it but it days phone is inactive..!! What the heck what's that mean? I don't know!

For being a Samsung product I'm very disappointed! Plus total wireless is breaking my bank for extradata usuage. It's ridicoulus.im. sorry I bought this

I purchased this phone for my sister but it's not working

The phone worked well. I didn't have any problem signing up with Total Wireless. BUT...despite the fact that the description says this has a hotspot, Total wireless does NOT support hotspot use. So you can't even open a hotspot. This was a deal breaker for me. Local bestbuy kindly let me return the phone and helped me set up new phone with Verizon. They were absolutely great! Unfortunately Total gave them a very hard time releasing my phone number. Anyway, if you don't need that feature, the phone was good and the plan cost was fine.

Good phone… Total wireless sucks. Tried activating these phones with total wireless but they will not go through. I just spent 3 1/2 hours with total wireless and they gave me a complete run around faxing emailing taking pictures of the phone and the box and the serial numbers with no result. Now I have to try to return these phones after the two-week refund time. Total nightmare! Buyer beware!

The return or back button totally stopped working after 8 weeks from purchased new and now the headphone jack is touchy ( loose inside) and not making a consistent contact with the headphone plug and I tried different headphones to confirm this.

This phone is exactlly the same as the galaxy express prime which i thought i was upgrading to a better phone when the two are exactly the same. One thing that makes me mad is in the description it states this phone has fingerprint recognition. It does not have any fingerprinter recognition and that was the selling point for me. This phone is nothing special and for 50$ you get what you paid for a plain regular smartphone.

When attempting to download photos from this phone, my desktop computer said, "no photos found." Pretty discouraging. The cameras on this phone are alright for prints up to 5 X 7, but no larger than that. That is if you can find some way to download them. It's a decent phone, otherwise.

My screen timeout only lasts seven seconds whether I choose a setting of 15 seconds or 30 minutes. This is highly irritating. Last Saturday I spent 52 minutes with tech support in Canada to no avail. I was advised to return the phone. This is now my second Galaxy J3 Luna Pro. The Caffeine app is temporarily solving my problem, but I will probably have to return this phone. I expect more from Samsung. Hopefully, the Samsung representative at my local Best Buy will know how to escalate this problem.
