I bought this, wanted to try, looked good. Charging cord didn’t work well, then it wouldn’t charge at all. Write company and Best Buy said they would be watching for response. No response's other than unreturnable over 30 days. absolutely no response from Best Buy.

The device was not accurate. Best Buy received my return on June 9th. It is June 26th and I have still not received my refund.

I can't figure out how to make it work. Too involved. I had to ask the neighbor to set it up but he could not figure out how the command work either.
