Maybe it is because i live in alaska and i am going to be stuck with poor internet regardless. I’m not sure. What i do know is that I am getting the same connection speeds.

Thought that due to it being a gaming router it would improve my connection but it actually slowed down my wifi.

I am a lifelong techy and have only become hip to everything TP-Link is up to in the last few months. Anyway, this router will not disappoint. I pay for 100 Mbps service from my provider and now consistently achieve speeds of 120 down and 10 up. I have close to 30 devices attached to this router and have experienced zero slow downs while streaming multiple HD streams at the same time while working etc. Additionally the coverage is INSANE. I can pull at least 50 Mbps in any corner of my property, inside or out. HIGHLY recommended, go for it!

Unacceptable. Router requires frequent enough Reboots (... monthly) to reestablish stable ipV6 connections with Xfinity cable service. USB ports are randomly unstable as well. Simply disconnecting & reconnecting an external hard drive doesn't work. The entire router needs a Reboot. Highly disappointing and expensive bit of kit. Not recommended!
