The Deco app is easy to use, and the setup of the whole system is easy. Aside from creating your account, it really is just plug and play.

After fixing the MAC address multiple times, factory reset, the network will occasionally go down and can be sporadic on connections.

Hardwired via brand new ethernet cables, all on the same wired network. It worked great for 3 days. Rarely if ever does the red light go off. And while the red light is on, its 'offline' cant connect to it. Reset it 100x does nothing. Each one is a 5lb worthless paperweight. If I could return it, I would. I feel ripped off. Big promises, but like almost everything you buy today, its all over priced junk. I thought this would be good cause I live in an area with spotty cell service. Little did I know that it would be a non stop head ache after the first week!

I have a two story house plus a basement so having the ability to add a deco unit on each floor has been incredible.
