It isn't because the product wasn't good, it was not what we needed for our facility. The price was reasonable and Returns were simple and refund was prompt. The help of the Geek squad was very much appreciated.

My old mesh system was out dated and needed an upgrade. This definitely did the trick and covers my whole house. The only thing missing is more control with in the app. The app is kinda basic compared to my old mesh network app.

Zero issues with streaming, downloading, or playing mmorpgs. Just don't get scared if internet tests aren't what you expect, it only pulls what it needs for whatever you're using the internet for. Not once has there been a connectivity issue unless it was on the provider's end.

I have had problems getting a list of connected clients via the web interface ... sometimes it takes several minutes (up to almost an hour) to populate the clients list. Also, devices seem to change names in the client list without changing the IP address or MAC address.
