I move from a netgear product to TP link, and im amazed with the performance. Love the ability to manage other TP links wifi products from within the app.

Installation was simple l, quick and straightforward. Deco App was helpful. Switching from Google mesh helped increase the speed.

I bought this about a year ago and it was mostly great at first, but it's always had some major issues with the firmware. First, if you tried to use wired backhaul it would get confused and just go into a failure/boot loop until you disconnect the wired backhaul and let them start up before reconnecting it. Then there were a bunch of stability improvements that fixed that and several other issues, but it caused major Wi-Fi issues and TP-Link currently has no idea what the problem is. The hardware is great, but the firmware is unstable at best and completely broken at worst. I have Wi-Fi that barely works and there's no way to turn off DHCP without putting the router into AP mode. The only UI is a mobile app which is trash, and they have no plans to change any of this. I wish I had returned it when I first bought it. My wired devices work very well and get nearly the full 3 gig from my ISP. My Wi-Fi devices disconnect constantly and sometimes the Wi-Fi just dies for several seconds under load and disconnects everything. These issues are fairly widespread. Check the TP-Link forums and you'll see. Don't buy this. Just don't.

Setting up using the destructions went smoothly. Product works as designed. no issues.

I was using an Orbi Wi-Fi 6, and it worked well for a while. I upgraded to the TP-Link Wi-Fi 7, which surpasses the Orbi range and speed. I am very happy with the BE11000. It offers a lot of customization in the setup, which allows me to tweak the system. TP-Link offers a Wi-Fi 6 mesh router for outside that I added on to get coverage 300 feet away outside and still using mesh.

Constantly dropping connections and not working. Have to restart the whole network at least 3 times a day, often more. Connected devices are constantly saying there is no internet, even though it's a very reliable fiber 1 gigabit connection input through the modem, the router keeps messing everything up. Most of the internal features are subscription based which is insane. Just awful in every way and the return policy is a joke at like 2 weeks when it used to be the best. Completely regret getting this instead of the Eero. If you want to RMA it through TP-Link for warranty you have to ship it to them and wait like 5 days and then they'll ship you another one for a shipping fee so you're basically without internet for at least a week, which is obviously not plausible. So, I'm just out almost $500 with a useless router that constantly isn't working and have to just buy a different brand and eat this cost. Since the return policy is so bad I'll be getting it elsewhere also. Beware.
