    Simplicity meets performance. From the setup to the configuration the prices is simple. Plug in any of the units to your router and it becomes the main unit. Adding the other units is a breeze. Setting up parental control and time limits for your children is easy. The WAN speed is great and the bandwidth on the LAN is super. The one drawback, app only configuration. You can review settings and reboot the unit from the web interface but all the setup has to be done in the app. On the positive side the app is clean and intuitive. I was able to quickly change my internal LAN IP scheme and setup port forwarding rules to allow VPN access while I am away from home. I have not tried the trial of Homesheild Pro or plus (forgot exact name) because the free version is working right now but I will add it soon. I went from a Netgear Nighthawk mesh setup with two extenders and it was OK. This setup increased my wireless LAN throughput and WAN speed! I did not know we had gotten an upgrade from Spectrum, I think it is an amazing deal for what you get.

    Don't like because when you install it. Every room has a different wifi system. Has wifi 17 for bedroom. 18 and 19 for a different room

When setting up your Mesh Network, the Deco app allows you to assign multiple Deco nodes to the same network, enabling your devices to connect and roam between nodes conveniently and automatically.

      Separate nodes or rooms should not have separate Wi-Fi names or systems, unless they are configured as such directly via the Deco app. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your Deco experience, our support team is always available and happy to help.     Did not work with Xfinity modem

    I spent countless hours trying to get these to connect with an Xfinity modem. Spent about 3 hours on the phone with tech support and tried to find workarounds in various forums with no luck. No matter what I tried, these would stop at a certain point in the process and blink red. I returned them.

    Bricked after 2 weeks

    Purchased this system for our new home to ensure coverage throughout. Setup/install was fairly simple with the app-based system. 2 weeks after installation, the system stopped working. After performing a soft reboot, hard reboot and firmware upgrade, it was still bricked. Online research shows this is a common problem with the unit. Returned and exchanged for a Netgear Nighthawk setup.

    The setup was easy enough, but then it wouldn't update All the devices lost connection and half the devices wouldn't reconnect after that I returned them.
