This was very easy to setup. Goof throughput and finding of devices. App had some glitches. Once I configured everything, I found it had little to no Parental controls. I had trouble controlling which devices connected to the internet. I was looking for something I could turn the access on and off, put time limits besides web-site blocking. This unit could not do it.

I always understood the importance of AC technology but was never comfortable setting up my router without relying on my isp for assistance. The google on hub was set up in minutes using an android app. My netflix no longer buffers along with other streaming apps. Problem solved. Great investment!

This router seems to work good with android devices, but I am very unhappy with the performance when using Apple devices like iPhone. You can't send pictures in imessage unless you turn off wifi on the phone first. And updates are very slow on iPhones as well. My android phones work fast. I wouldn't buy this router unless you don't use iPhones. I read that others have this issue as well. It's not just me.

With 3 teens in our home our wifi enabled devices are growing. Our wireless router is located downstairs so my son was always complaining that his Xbox would lose connection. We tried the wifi extender with our Linsys router but it didn't help much. Now with the Google OnHub everyone can be on wifi with no issues. My Roku app streams audio with no problem. Before, it would cut in and out. The only downside (and I wouldn't call it a downside) is that the cover won't fit if you use the out port. I had to plug in our home computer since it is not wifi ready. I ended up leaving the cover off but I think it looks cool without it! Wish I would have purchased sooner!!

I purchased the OnHub few weeks ago, and it was really easy to install, works as intended. Sometimes my network drops but I have be sure if the problem isn't the OnHub and its channel changes not managed in Windows 10. I'll update my review when I can verify everything. Overall great experience.

i love that i am able to use my wifi further, and not having problems

Setup is ridiculously easy, only needing an app on your smartphone. Range is great, works on my entire house+backyard. Only one flaw: the usb port can't be used to connect a hard drive to setup a shared folder on the network.

This device greatly improved wi-fi in my entire house. And buffering, what's buffering. I also highly recommend due to the ease of use via the Google Home app. It shows which devices are connected and also allows you to prioritize which device needs the most attention at any given time.

I have used many routers for home general use so far my experience with this product has been stellar!

I had dead spots in my home with my older router. I went to Best Buy to buy an extender but after talking to the sales person I bought this new router instead and it works great. No dead spots in the house now. It works very well and has been working for well for over 1 month now.

This router solved all my wifi issues. Between my 4k tv, 2 phones, 2 laptops and 5 gaming systems, it holds up well and doesn't stutter or buffer. It also looks pretty cool so when I move, It won't stick out in my new place

Bought Google OnHub to replace ASUS RT-N56U. Easy setup and much easier to manage than other routers.

Wi-fi connectivity greatly increased compared to my apple time machine router - highly recommended

I was experiencing bad internet connections when more than 2 devices were connected with my Netgear router. I now have no problems while streaming 2 Netflix programs and my kid playing his online games with the ONHUB.

The TP-Link - Google OnHub AC1900 Dual-Band Wi-Fi Router is very easy to set up. We have it set up in our living room and we get a strong signal throughout the house (2000 sq ft) as well as the backyard. My only Con is that if Google goes down, you router does as well. It has happened 2 times since we purchased it.

Honestly the first WiFi router I’ve ever purchased that has never given me a problem. 2 Year’s in and I have yet to have a connection issue I couldn’t fix by resting the router via the phone app. 10/10 would buy again. I left off 1 star do to the limitations of only having 1 Ethernet output.
