    Kasa will change the terms of agreement on you and you will not be able to use your device afterwards unless you agree. Don't buy any Kasa products.

    I would not recommend buying this. In order for it to work you will need to connect to China's network as well as your network. I immediately returned it.

    Well it worked right up until the return date passed and then went offline and unable to reconnect. Save your money. Not a good buy.

    Its a good Surveillance camera but it has trouble communicating from other Wi-Fi to check on the live feed of playback.

    Decent for the price, but the audio isnt so great. It has a lot of static noise when recording sound and doesnr pick up sound from very far away

    I upgraded my kitchen Kasa cam to the 2K. It really didn’t change the quality of the picture much. I was disappointed

    Constant connection issues, many that require you to be there to resolve which is a problem when those issues come up while you're travelling, the main reason for having these cameras in the first place.

Within the Kasa Smart app, there's a feature that allows you to measure Wi-Fi signal strength of your devices. When the app is connected, please check the signal strength in the Device Settings menu.

      If the signal is within the ideal range, and you're still experiencing these symptoms, please ensure your Kasa Smart app is up to date, then update your smart device's firmware by selecting Home → Settings → Firmware Update within the Kasa app.

    Does not work at night through the window

    I bought it to monitor the parking lot outside my home, and it is sitting on the window sill at home. But it does not work at night at all because it has eyes on the back of its head. It records reflections in the window and what is happening in our kitchen rather than outside. Also, there is light out on the porch, and it cannot see beyond that light either. So it is just a day camera, or I will return it.

If you intend to monitor an outdoor area through a window pane, please be advised that windows are typically reflective surfaces, so placing the camera behind one will not only mirror what is visible indoors, but will also reflect the Infrared LEDs that provide the camera's Night Vision. This is an industry standard for indoor cameras and is not exclusive to Kasa products.

      If you intend to use the camera for outdoor monitoring purposes, please consider our KC420WS outdoor Kasa Camera instead. This way, the camera can be installed outdoors and will not need to peer through a reflective pane of glass.

    This basically is not worth it bacuse it is very slow to show the recorded videos and no always have connection problem audio both ways is just doing agly nose that hart your hearin it is viewing angle just 154 which my old Samsung camera doing 180 bascly it is worth just 5 dollars. Or maybe 4.99
