Use to turn on lights, fan, coffee, window A/C, and they’re great as a timer. Easy to set to turn lights on/off multiple times a night when away. Never had a faulty plug.

Make sure to update the firmware so everything goes smooth after installation. Operates on the 2.4Gh band not 5Gh, FYI.

These are great to add to your home automation. You can easily setup routines via Alexa in controlling string lights, outdoor lights etc. Must have for holiday season.

I replaced the old fashioned mechanical timer plugs with these. You can control them from your phone and they have great features - schedule and a separate timer function. Really great! No need to buy a hub or any other supporting items!! This is the second time I bought them because they work so well! Lastly, I should add that I also use Hue lights which are also FANTASTIC! However, I wanted something a bit more cost effective and I these Kasa plugs are a nice complement to the Hue system I have (despite having to use 2 separate apps).
