Speaking power is off the chain cool with this one

These smart plugs were really easy to install. Basically download the app, pick the smart plug that looks like yours, then add the device to the Alexa app. We use one for the christmas lights and one for the living room light. This make it easy for my 6 year old as he couldn’t reach the pull string on the fan to turn on the light, and we don’t have the fan hardwired to a light switch, so this actually solves a problem for a fair price.

I bought this because it's small enough to fit in a plug without covering up the other outlet. It works as expected and I can use it with Alexa. Range isn't the greatest, but it does the job.

The setup of the mini plug through the Kasa app was shockingly easy. Kasa knows how to access my local WiFi network, so adding additional TP-Link dongles made it even easier. This plug works awesome and I have had no issues. Easy to set up schedules and track usage.

Finally set this up. works very nice and is easy to use. I have several of these around my home. Very nice to be able to turn on remotely and like that you can use them as a timer.

I use these for all kinds of things. They work great for Christmas lights in the house and for vacation lights. I also use them to turn off my 3d printer if it gets out of alignment and I am not home so I do not waste filament.

These work really well overall. The buttons are easy to use on the side and the outlets seem to sync really easily for me on my network. Once connected in the App you can then connect them to Google Assistant and use that to turn them on and off. They seem to work really fast with not much delay from what I can tell turning off and on. No issues with that. Biggest issue I had was that the buttons are easily pressed by cats who like to investigate the plug. The Kasa app allows you to easily schedule on and off to occur at the same times each day. We've been using it to easily manage Christmas tree lights but there's obviously many applications for scheduling. Could also use these to randomly turn on and off lights while you are away on vacation.

I have several of the TP Link devices in my smart home set up and these mini switches are so easy to set up and use. The only issue I've had is when we briefly lose power (due to storms), one or two of these have problems reconnecting to the network...I just unplug them, wait a few seconds, plug them back in and they join the network.

I was looking for a smart wi-fi plug the was small enough so that it would only take the space of one outlet plug and this is it. It has an easy to use app and it's works well with the Google home app. I like the power button on the side.

We are new to using home technology products. We started with the purchase of a Google Home Mini speaker. It is excellent for providing information, but we wondered how we could control items in the house through it. Enter the TP-Link Smart Wi-Fi Plug Mini. We bought one and was able to seamlessly add it to our network. We used in the a floor lamp in the Family Room. Our Google Home Mini speaker was able to recognize it and is now turning the lamp on with just our voice commands. The Wi-Fi Plug Mini also acts as a timer and automatically turns the lamp on and off at times we specify through the app This purchase is actually our second plug which we use to control a table lamp in our Master Bedroom. Google now recognizes both plugs and we are able to individually or collectively control both lamps This is a great start to building our home network of technology-controlled items.

Got these for my parents ever expanding smart home. It makes life for them much easier, it helps to automate the lights when they arent home, or are in another room. Its also great to use for small heaters or fans during the winter or summer, to turn on before you go in the room as a chance to warm it up or cool it down before you enter. I bought 4 of these for my parents and they have been using them for a couple months now with no issues at all. Very easy to set up and get the app going on your phone. If they can use the app and these plugs easily, anyone can. Highly recommend! Its great that these require no hub, and you can stack them in an outlet so both plugs are controllable. Great replacement for oldschool outlet timers, very dependable and instant. We have had no issues, or complaints with the app or the devices!

Great little gadget! Easy setup and works flawlessly with Echo dot bundled over Black Friday

I got this for $5 with my Echo products over Black Friday and it is a great smart plug. I have it hooked up to my Christmas Tree lights. The ability to use Apple HomeKit or Amazon Alexa to turn the tree lights on/off is great. I can also add the plug to a routine to alllow me to turn the lights off when I go to bed. I have a WeMo switch as well and this works just as good and has a better profile in my opinion.

These are great switches. Simple with very solid performance. The app is just what it needs to be. Simple. And it works as you’d expect. At home or away you can quickly and easily turn these switches, and whatever you have plugged into them, on and off. We have a lamp plugged into one. I was texting the family from my work and would turn the light on and off without a hitch and they could confirm it’s operation. We also have 2 web cameras set up in the house, which also work with the same Kasa app. It’s cool to turn the light on and off and watch it via the cameras. It gives you confidence in the products and the app when you can watch and verify their operation.

Works great and does not block other outlets. Very easy to use and setup was fairly easy.

The HS105 turns any of your standard devices into a "Smart" device. Once you start using this, you will quickly see the benefits. The build quality is very good. It is sturdy and certainly doesn't feel flimsy or cheap. The design of this product is where it really shines. One of the biggest complaints of most Smart Plugs is there bulky size which in turn means that they often cover/obstruct more than one power outlet. I was pleased to find that TP-Link has overcome this issue with this newly designed Smart Plug. What's more impressive is how simple the solution was – making a wider Smart Plug, instead of a taller Smart Plug! Good move TP-Link! Since this is considerably smaller, I was worried that the range (distance away from the Wi-Fi router) would be affected. I had no issues, and I was able to plug this device a reasonable distance away from my Wi-Fi router. The scheduling aspect is great! There are a lot of variables you can set. Time (hours and minutes, am/pm), switch action (on or off), and repeat (days of week - you can select one individual day, every day, or a combination of days). A programmed event requires two "events" in the app, a switch action "on" and a switch action "off". This is useful if you have a routine with turning on/off a device in your home. Some uses I have for this HS105 are for lamps, entertainment units, irons, fans or just about anything you want to conveniently turn on/off or set timers for. Overall this is a fantastic Smart Plug that works flawlessly.
