works with smart things and Amazon Alexa, Need to download KASA app first and go through its initial process after that not issues. Had it for about a month so far works as expected, Hooked to lamps and fans. SIde LED light is small glow in corner.

I bought this to help with home security when out of town. It was easy to set up an on/off schedule for my light. And because I have it plugged into a power strip at bedside, it is easy to turn on and off with it's switch.

I got this because I have a device that would randomly turn on and I was not a fan of the extra energy usage. It works very well. I can easily turn it on and off from my phone. I have not had any issues with it. It's super easy to set up and use.

Fantastic little device. Great price and easy to configure. Much better than the first generation version. This version is small enough that it doesn't obstruct the second outlet on a standard two outlet configuration in your home. Works great with Amazon Echo Dot. Very responsive and quick to turn off and on via Echo Dot voice commands.

Works perfectly for kids room lamps. Easy install.

I used this to tell Alexa to make coffee before I rven get out out of bed! Incredible! I cant wait to get them all over my house!

These are great during the holidays! Love being able to set it up via Google Home and or Alexa or their Kasa app and control your lights or the Christmas tree. Decently worth it if you hate switching your lights yourself and want to schedule a timer on when and when to turn them off.

Bought this to control my Christmas lights. I just say Alexa Christmas on and poof its kit up. Reality rly easy to set up

App works amazing better than other companies that I used. No lagging was huge for me and being able to connect this to my Google Assistance was seamless by logging into Kasa through the Google Home App! However, it loss in Value as I found a two set for a cheaper price elsewhere.

Prefer Kasa products for all my home connectivity devices. This allows me to program something to have remote features that may be older - plugged in to my Garage Door opener. Love it for the piece of mind to control from anywhere.

I got this as a $10 add on to a purchase of a Amazon echo. What a great price. I got two! The Kasa app is a really nice surprise. It is needed to control the plug but it is really great. It has lots of control functionality. I use it to control the Xmas tree and lights and other items that benfit from voice control. Works flawlessly!!

Now I have lights in all the dark places of my house. I especially love having light available in my garage with my new echo dot

I wanted a hands free way to turn on my floor lamp in my office and the TP-Link Mini was the answer. I am very impressed with how easy it was to install. Took less than 2 minutes. Now I simply ask "Alexa" to turn the light on as I enter the room and I'm in business!

I have several of the TP Link devices in my smart home set up and these mini switches are so easy to set up and use. The only issue I've had is when we briefly lose power (due to storms), one or two of these have problems reconnecting to the network...I just unplug them, wait a few seconds, plug them back in and they join the network.

Easy to set up and no problems adding both plugs to Google Home. Plugs made controlling Christmas tree/lights way less annoying through Home app and voice command. Will find other uses around the house now that the holidays are over.

We have several of these in our house. The newest one controls the Christmas tree. We have a schedule set up for each day but can easily over ride it with the app. It works great with Alexa too. Super easy to setup. Highly recommend!

I can turn lights off/on from anywhere! Very convenient and easy to set up. Have purchased more for additional lamps. Only downside is that the plug orients outward, so it sticks out a bit. If you have furniture to go in front, it will have to be a few inches from the wall...it’s not a deterrent for me!! Love these!

I am very happy with this Wi-fi plug. Found it on sale over the holidays and decided to get it to use for the Christmas tree. I was able to set it up within 5-10 minutes and create a routine where in turn on at 6pm and turns off at 11pm. It works perfectly with Alexa!

I bought these for my daughter, she using them in various places she lite up her Christmas tree and TV and her lights. She is able to control them with the online monitoring program and app she indicated these was the best thing for her.

not being overly tech savvy, i was able to set this up easily and connect it to my Echo dot. now when i walk in the house i can just say "Alexa, turn on the lamp" before i enter the room. not absolutely necessary but a nice feature to have. this will come in handy once i set it to go on and off at specified times and while traveling.
