Well I use this for the main Christmas tree in the house. Can you imagine going upstairs relaxing and everyone else comes up and then says did you want the Christmas tree turned off? Perfect for situations like this! It was easy to set up via mobile phone and has no problem connecting when not at home. This was my gift to myself.

I bought this smart plug for a lamp that is on an awkward spot. I have to over-reach for the switch which is very small and hard to turn. I have never used a smart device so setting it up to work with an Echo Dot was actually pretty painless and fast. Now I can comman it to turn off at any time. My only criticism is that the plug can take too much space on a dual wall plug, makiing it difficult to plug anything else next to it -unless you use a power strip. I still recommend this or getting a smart bulb!

I recently purchased the plug to control my Christmas tree. I was able to control the plug through the app to turn the tree on while I was away from home. The plug also pairs perfectly with Echo and Alexa is able to power the plug on/off easily. Can’t wait to find more electronics to “plug” in to my smart home devices.

I use this with my Echo Dot to operate a light in a room without a light switch. It's amazing how helpful this little plug is. In addition to operating without any problems, it was easy to set up and connect to my Dot over wifi. I highly recommend this combination for those of us in older homes lacking light switches.

Excellent product. Its height doesn't restrict the use of the other outlet in the receptacle. Ridiculously easy to set up, the app is very intuitive. One of things I was looking out for when buying this is how it handled a power outage. Tested this and after a solid minute without power, plugged it back in and it came back on and connected to the network. I've had a different model where if the power went out, it was rendered unusable until it was manually turned back on. Passed with flying colors. Very happy with this. I don't have an Echo nor Home to try out that aspect, but that will surely come in the future...

These are fantastic. I bought two at the beginning then realized that they worked so well that I could use more. I now have nine in use and one waiting on the shelf to be put into action. They control everything from my fountain outside to indoor lights, outside lights, and during the holidays my two Christmas trees and outside decorative lights. The app is intuitive and easy to use and I can tell Alexa to turn on and off any plug and it works flawlessly. This particular version fits inside the edges of a standard plug so if it's got a cover (exterior) it doesn't prevent it from closing. Of course you do have to have a reliable WiFi signal wherever you set this up.

Other wi-fi outlets often cover the second outlet - this one does not. Easy to configure and works so well. Have not had any issues with the device - always switches on/off at the programmed times.

Great product. Easy to set up. Does not seem to go offline like other smart plugs I've used. App is good and straight-forward, easy to use as well.

I have two of these and have had them for over two weeks now. They are super simple to use and set up. I currently have them set up for my Christmas tree and porch Christmas lights. I’ve set a schedule of when I want them to turn off and on. I love coming home to see my decor lit as I come in. I plan to get more!

Received this guy for a low price upon purchasing an Amazon Echo Plus. I love how this doesn't block another outlet and is perfect addition to any Amazon device or Google (I Have Both BTW). Currently have this set up with a timer for my Christmas tree, and will be moving it to the kitchen once holidays are over.
