I have a lot of these tiny plugs and they are worth it. I can control everything remotely including an 18,000 BTU air conditioner. It does not trip.

I can now turn my lamp off from bed using alexa and this switch! Sometimes it doesn't work but I'm not sure if thats because I accidentally turn off the wall switch or due to my poor internet connection. I know its something on my end. I chose this switch because unlike others you can still use the other outlet.

This product was easier to set up than I thought it would be. We have it controlling our Christmas tree lights and it is so fun to just tell Alexa to turn on/off our Christmas tree. I am not a tech guy by any means and I was impressed with the setup through the app (no frustration which is usually the case).

After setting up my Dot, I then went to work on the TP-LINK - Smart Wi-Fi Plug Mini. I plugged it into and outlet at used the App to add it to my network and within minutes I was programming my light. There are settings for daily, weekly and away. I tested a few and it seemed to work without any hitches.

I've been using TP-Link wifi stuff since the 90s so I was pretty sure they knew what they were doing when they made this. I own several of these plugs and they've always been reliable. Now I've been wiring in TP-Link Kasa wall switches as well and controlling everything with Alexa. These plugs are easy to setup and reliable. I think one of the best features is that apartment folks or home renters can really get into home automation with these plugs as opposed to hard-wired wall switches. When you move, you take all your plugs with you.

Got this in coordination with an Amazon smart plug. Depending on how you look it, downloading an extra app may or may not be a good thing. Once it is added to the Amazon app, you don't necessarily need the extra app. However, you could always use this without any ties to Alexa separately because of that. Not only did I get this because it was slightly cheaper, but because it means I am not forever tied to using Amazon Alexa. Takes a few minutes of extra time to set up because of that, but works just as well as the Alexa smart plug!

Love this plug in combination with Alexa. Have them controlling my BBQ lights bedroom lights and Christmas tree lights and so far they have been excellent. Setup was a snap and so far they have worked flawlessly. With a 2 year warranty I feel confident that these plugs will last, but time will tell.

Bought as replacements for Mechanical Timers. These work flawlessly. Easy to setup and ability to set multiple on/off events via the Kasa App make these great for security while on vacation. Integration with Amazon Alexa makes these even more beneficial as turning on and off is as easy as speaking.

I picked this up as a promotion of the Echo Dot for $29 and TP Link plug for $5. For a total of $34, it's certainly an inexpensive way to experiment and see whether or not you want to go down the path of a full blown smart home. So far, it's working perfectly while being controlled by the Echo Dot.

Kasa is one of the few lines of smart products that I will buy now. Their app is excellent and has all of the features you would expect. The products are well built and their integrations with Google Assistant, Alexa, and SmartThings is quite good. No complaints at all. I bought 4 of these plugs and a dimmer switch and they are all working perfectly. I would recommend the HS220 dimmer and the HS105 smart plugs if you're looking to integrate with SmartThings. The HS103s I had didn't work, and I couldn't have expected them to since they weren't listed in SmartThings as compatible.

I purchased the TP-Link Kasa Smart Wifi plug mini to setup timers for our lamps and lights while we went out of town back in 2019. It worked extremely well. We used to have one of those manual plug timers with the rotating dial but it just takes too long to setup. This one, you can have multiple on and off times. Not only that, you can use an app on your iphone to turn on/off the device outside the timer's schedule. I used this again to schedule Christmas lights last holiday season. It's great and easy to use.

I have several of these, some HS103 and some HS105. They are both the same, far as I can tell. And both are really amazing. So easy to set up on the wireless, then integrate with Alexa with no hub. This has made Christmas lights on/off schedules really simple and effective. I'm really becoming a fan of TP-Link, I've got one of their routers and a new PoE switch. Everything has worked really well. Oh almost forgot, I also got an outside wi-fi smart plug KP-400, which works really well, with 2 separately controlled outlets.

I was a little skeptical thinking this would work with my lights at home just because of my lack of knowledge of the product. Thankfully I was pleasantly surprised. Setup was easy and the design allowed access to the other outlet for another plug. Overall, this was well worth the purchase.

Absolute necessity. So handy in so many ways. Life has become so easy for me. Holding the baby, no free hands and walking into a dark room, is no longer a hassle. I can just voice command my lights on via Alexa. Lost remote? No problem. "Alexa, TV off." I really recommend these smart plugs. Set up was a breeze as I already had the Kasa app with other devices. They're very affordable. No wires necessary. Just simply plug in and follow the set up instructions. And just like that, you have a smart home on a budget.

These are fantastic. Of all the smart devices I have in my home, these are the best. They are reliable and easy to configure. The relay in them makes a very satisfying click when it changes position. Smart bulbs devices can often be finicky but these plugs that I am currently using to control 3 monitors, a couple of desk lights and one of those wax melting scent defusers are rock solid! The Kassa line of smart home devices has actually started to turn my opinion around on TP-Link products.

I bought a couple of these to run lamps, and our Christmas tree. They work flawlessly with my system (SmartThings, Hue, Alexa, Harmony). I love that I can set a schedule for the on/off cycles, but also can click a button on my Harmony remote or just ask Alexa! Very quick response time.

I have reviewed these items before. I keep buying more so they ask for another review. Easy to set up. Good app control. Timers, schedules, nicknames. Works with Alexa. Two things I like most: 1) If you forget to turn out lights before bed you can use app or Alexa and it’s done. 2) If your carrying something and can’t flip the switch just ask Alexa and again it’s done. You do need Google or Alexa to control hands free voice, but you can get an echo dot for $20. I have 3 strategically located around the house.

Want to automate anything you plug into the wall to turn on or off. This will do it. Install the app on your phone/tablet and you can turn the plug on or off via the app. Hook up an Echo device and you can tell Alexa to turn the plug on or off. It's not a flying car, but still cool.
