This smart plug is cheapest way of adding that wireless control to non-smart gadgets like coffee makers, 3D printers, old TV's. The app to control these is very intuitive and filled with features such as timed control, remote control, ON/OFF controls based on sunset or sunrise. The smart plug also works with digital assistants like Google and Alexa.

This makes a nice way to turn on the lights or any thing else that you would like to use one for.

This two pack was what I needed to expand my remote capabilities without adding more switches or extra wiring. The app works perfectly thru my phone and allows control from where ever I am. The only thing was, when initially setting up connection. For easier setup I use a tablet with local connection to my router only. Phones sometimes make it harder to set them up. Once connection is set up they work flawlessly.

We used this for our Christmas tree this year and it was amazing not having to worry about turning it on or off.
