This works great with my living room lamp. I can turn it on with my app so my wife and kids don’t have to enter a dark house.

I user this to keep a drop light lit in my boat motor cover and irrigation pumphouse to warm them up. Both are enclosed so a 60 watt bulb warms it up pretty well. It doesn't have to be on that long so I use the scheduler for a couple of hours per night. This way, I don't wear out a bulb leaving it on all winter or waste the electricity. However, if it gets really cold, I can remotely turn them on for longer. Very simple to setup once I installed my wifi extender. Haven't had any issues so far.

The basic function serves my purpose. Easy set up and starts working right the way.

Wish we didn't have to download another app but it takes less than ten minutes to set up through the Kasa app then works well with commands through Alexa. Rarely gets disconnected...but that's probably because of our one, weak router from Spectrum in the front wall of the house. I imagine these will work seamlessly once I set up our Eero mesh kit. Wound up buying two more for us and two for my parents.

This plug-in device is my first purchase for automating my home! Pretty simple concept. Plug it into the wall plug your light, extension cord, or coffee maker into the plug and off you go! Well, after you connect it to Wi-fi. It was a challenge for me to get it connected because the instructions weren't clear to me, but I was able to get it Wi-fi capable after the 3rd or 4th try. The app is pretty straight forward. I set up a schedule based on the plug coming on when I thought it would be dark in our house and then off when we went to bed on average. There is a physical on/off button as you see in the picture if you need it.

This smart plug was really easy to install. The documentation was easy to read and follow. Works great with my Amazon Alexa devices as well.

Takes a small amount of effort to set up...but, once set up, they're great. Works well with IFTTT and Google Assistant.

I use it to turn off the lights. I considered hard wiring a light switch but thought what if my wifi and internet goes down. This is a great alternative as it comes with a button to manually turn on and off just in case of an wifi/internet outage.

I have TP link light bulbs and this year i wanted to automate my Christmas tree due to the plug being behind the tree. easy to set up and configure. so nice to tell amazon to turn the tree off and on.

I have a number of these plugs. They are so easy to install with the app on your phone. Work with Google Home. Won't buy any other brand.
