This plug makes home automation more flexible and definitely more friendly on the wallet then purchasing individual bulbs for all of my lamps. I'm so glad I bought 4 to get my project started, they have been invaluable!

I purchased the TP-LInk smart plug to replace the Wemo. I was pleasantly surprised that there were no connectivity issues like the ones I experience with the Wemo plug. I have been using the TP-Link for almost two weeks and have not had to go through the discovery process in the Alexa app in order to reconnect them. The Wemo lost its connectivity at least once a day and is the reason they were returned. Also I found the connection process with the TP -LInk easier then the Wemo.

I love Kasa products. You don't need a hub and connects directly to your WiFi. Very easy to setup.

I have two other full-sized smart plugs from TP-Link - Kasa. They have worked well, so when I needed another one, I bought this one. It would seem that none of the smart plugs have glowing ratings, so I was a little apprehensive. However, for this plug, I simply had to add it in my existing Kasa app (iOS), it upgraded its firmware, and I was in business. I then added it to Google Home with no problems and have been using it ever since with my Google Mini.

This product worked very good. Love it. I going to buy two more.

This plug is great for either turning on and off fans and lamps.

Four stars because it is a little difficult to set up. It tells you to set it to "remote" in the settings to make it work with Alexa, but the settings icon does not take you to the place to make this choice. I just happened to touch a point to take you there. This point was not labeled or even shown as a touch point. Other than that, it is wonderful.

Easy to set up and connect with my google home. Makes all my lighting really easy to use.

The TP-Link Smart Plug Mini is great for controlling lights, lamps, or other appliances or electronics that you often find yourself turning on or off. I use mine to control a lamp that does not have a switch (just a plug), which saves me time and energy digging behind furniture to turn the lamp off when not in use. It’s a simple tool, and it’s very easy to install and use with your favorite smarthome hub. I use mine with an Echo Plus and have never had any issues! It’s very fast and responsive.

Great little plug that is a breeze to set up. Works great with Alexa. We use it for our hliday decorations, and it's much easier to tell Alexa to shut off the lights then to climb behind then tree where the switch is.

The app is great and easy to use. This is always on-time. Can easily turn on/off with the app.

Got it to control our Christmas tree lights. Works wonderfully.

Picked these up for $15 each, purchased 2 and went back for 3 more after setting up the first two. Easy to do. I have a 2.5 and 5 Ghz network and just set my phone to the 2.5 while configuring them. It was very straightforward and easy. Justed the for Christmas lights, probably will only use 2 or 3 the other time of the year. Setup a skill with Alexia to turn on and off "Christmas". Would recommend. They do make a clicking sound when turning on and off and sometimes runs a little slow with Alexia. Some reviews noted a high pitch buzzing, I had one doing it, I couldn't hear it but both my wife and daughter did, they said it was painful. I unplugged it and plugged it back in, fixed to problem. Wish I could turn that "feature" on and off.
