We have one echo.and decided to get one for each of our teenage children and the outlets too. How awesome was it to buy them for $5 on Black Friday. Going to be the perfect gift for those who have everything

I highly recommend this smart plug. I originally purchased the smart plug by C by GE, 2 of them actually (the second one being the replacement to give GE a second chance), and never got either to work after weeks of frustration. However, once the Kasa Smart Wi-Fi plug came in, I had no trouble getting it setup and it was working within a couple minutes after taking it out of the box. If you need a smart plug, go with this one!

Anxious to use this. Other friends have and they love it.

Its easy to set up and it works well with Alexa. The on/off switch is convenient.

This plug is very easy to set up and works very well also a good price. I got 2 of them and plan to buy more.

For us, this works great as a part of our security when we’re away or for providing light at set times when we’re home. It’s easy to use and adjust timing to meet our needs. I have it on a light. I adjust it as the seasons change. I also have it set to turn off the light 10-15 minutes after we go upstairs so we’re not fumbling around in the dark and not having to flip light switches on and off. You can also turn the item plugged into it off or on from the phone app. Once in awhile there is a glitch where it doesn’t perform as expected but this is rare and easy to reset. This is why I didn’t give it 5 stars.

Great plugs. Works well with Amazon Alexa. Easy to program, and reasonably priced.

The TP-Link Smart Plug works great. It took me a few minutes to set it up but i'm not the most tech savvy guy either. But, i did it. lol I like walking into my room & asking Alexa to turn on my light..:)

At first, I didn't see the point of a smart plug. Can't I just get up and turn the device on myself? True. However, it sure is nice to be able to turn the light on upstairs while I am still downstairs. Gone are the days of walking into a dark upstairs. It was easy to set up and so far I haven't had a problem with maintaining a connection. I am not sure how to turn my device on and off when I'm away from home, although I know it has that function.

They're compact and pretty painless to set up, However, these do not support 5ghz wifi

A little tough to setup, but once setup, it works great.

We use to plug for our kids tv on the second floor, we set it to turn off at a certain time every night. As well we can use our phone to turn it off or on at any time with out haveing to walk upstairs.

Works well 90% of the time. Easy to operate from my phone through the app. Very easy to set up. However, it needs to be reconnected to my wifi network far more than any of my other smart devices. At least once monthly, it stops working and has to be reconnected. For the most part, reconnection is easy. On occasion, it doesn’t want to reconnect. I recommend if having to reconnect doesn’t bother you but if you’re looking for hassle free consistency than this is not it.
