It’s a camera that I got on sale for $30 it has worked well and even though it’s not rated for outside use I always had it outside. The fact that it can move from left to right or up and down makes it great for outside use. The picture quality and resolution can be changed from 720 to 1080p if you’re home has fast internet which most will. It does have night mode as well so you can see things in the dark. However if you have it outside be prepared to have bugs all over it. It’s great for indoors as I originally bought it as a baby camera. Which worked well. The hardware to hang this camera is simple only takes a screw or 2 and it’s light enough that you don’t have to worry about it falling. It’s easy to take out and change the micro SD card. Also it uses MicroSD which you have to buy separately if you want it to record. And also the software you use in your phone is pretty good for being a standalone device. You can actually pair up to 4 similar devices and network them together to view in your phone app. It’s a decent system and I would highly recommend it. I don’t know the price it currently is but even at $40-50 would be a decent purchase because it’s easy to use and install.

The prices of these cameras have come down in price by large amounts of cash over the years. When i first got into the market back in 2012, the cameras came with less functions and cost substantial more. I paid over $350 apiece for 4 indoor security cameras with pan and tilt capability but no night vision. This current crop of cameras are awesome for the price. The Kasa is stupid easy to setup and get running right out of the box. You almost don't need the directions. You can set patrol zones, has 2 way communication, low light capability, and youbcan do cloud or on-board storage of video. The camera can be triggered by motion or sound and can be set to alert you. The video quality is 1080p and is very good. The sound quality is good also. The app is easy to use and integration with Alexa or Google is painless. For under $40 this is a great camera. My advice for anyone wanting to use theae cameras as part of a security network, i would recommend plugging every camera into a backup battery along with your router/modem so that in the event of a power outage your cameras and network don't go down. I did this for the cameras in my security system years ago and it works great.

We use this to watch our pets while we are away. It has a 360-degree view and is very easy to set up. You can also "speak" through the app while you are away and it will come through the camera. It freaks our dogs out every time. Great value for the price but wish they would offer this as a package deal. The quality of the video is very clear and surprisingly good considering the lower-end price point.

Love this camera. It gives such a feeling of security when we are away from home. It was easy to hook up and has a beautiful clear picture. Very reasonable price, not super noticeable to others. Great purchase!

This is a pretty unbelievable camera for the price! The picture quality is amazing and the motion sensor is accurate and just sensitive enough. The app is good and pretty easy to use, and the cloud feature makes it easy to save clips without using the sd card. My only issue is how troublesome it is to change networks; you have to reset the entire device and set it up again. Luckily, I've only had to do that once!

I love these cameras. They are so easy to use! And the price is amazing! I am buying more to monitor my entire house. Each camera allows me to speak into it and people can talk back in the camera. I can yell at the dogs to get off the couch. I can tell the kids it's time to do their chore while I'm gone. It's ridiculously cheap and I can have 24/7 monitoring for less than $10 a month with their account!

I actually use this camera as an outdoor security camera and I really like this thing. It does everything I need in a security camera in a much cheaper package than a traditional security camera. It’s absolutely been worth the money. My main issue is the app. It’s pretty spotty and you have to constantly close it and reopen it. If the app was better it would definitely get 5 stars.

Bang for the buck. Not a fancy cam like some of the others in market but considering the price couldn't ask for more.

App works well with this camera and does what it describes. My only complaint is it switches between infrared and regular normal camera vision a little noisily if you have it next to a TV at night. I really like looking in on my home while I'm away and notifications work well. The price is right too. A feature I would like to have is auto turn away when I'm home so I can have some privacy.

Great camera and for the price you can't beat it. The installation is insanely easy. Easy to use app.

These little cameras do everything stated. WiFi works great. Recording with a chip works great. Remote control of camera works great. Amazing way to keep an eye on pets for a very affordable price. Since it records, though it's not a security system, you could see some things that happen in its view.

This little guy is cheap and works just as good as any of the expensive brands . I have 2 the Kasa and one much more expensive from another company and this does everything the more expensive one does and more .

Seems to be working well. I get text alerts when it detects human presence and it follows the action. The price was right. I'd buy it again.

Camera quality could be a little better but can't beat this camera for the price.
