The install was easy; kasa provides easy instructions...you can view YouTube for more detail if needed. The product itself is fabulous. I’ve install three of these...one for myself and two for parents....the outside lights are set on schedules and no more hassles of leaving the lights on all day. Absolutely love this item....I now need one to for ceiling fans/light!

Easy app and use on iPhone . Works well. Installation relatively easy JSU depends on how old the wiring is in your home. Make sure the room you want to install has good WiFi connection .

I highly recommend these smart light switches. It makes it so easy to schedule certain lights to come on and go off when I want them to and I have the ability to turn on or off manually. They are great if you are feeling lazy and don't want to get up to flip a switch. How I use them more, is to schedule them to turn lights on or off multiple times throughout the evening, to make it look like someone is home when nobody is here. You can also schedule to go on or off at Sunrise/Sunset instead of a particular time of day. So the switches I have for my outside lights are scheduled with the sun schedule and so that time changes daily. They are easy to install and look great. I have them integrated with Alexa so I can ask her to manually turn them on or off if I want as well. The app for my phone to install and schedule the switches is super easy to use. With my most recent purchase, I now have ten of these installed in my home.

There didn't seem to be many options for smart switches that weren't dimmable. I mean, why would I dim the awesome LED garage lights I bought specifically to be bright? Easy to install, seamless setup and connectivity to Google Home - which is exactly what I was looking for. And the switch works manually as well - use a light touch. Extremely pleased so far.

Very good product easy to install and very reliable

I have used many of the WEMO smart devices and have generally had no issues with them. Got a TP-LINK the other day because of the great sale price at the time. My biggest like with this switch over the WEMO is the way easier way they are setup on my network. I prefer the application interface with the WEMO more, but really I just use them with Alexa now. Another potential issue with the TP-LINK is the brightness of the circle indicator when the switch is in the off position. In a dark room the bright indicator may be a benefit, but in the bedroom, it's a little too bright. Overall though I'm very happy with them and prefer them over the WEMO's.
