This is the fifth Wi-Fi smart switch I've tried. Although each of them work eventually, this one is by far the best. Save yourself the trouble and just pick this one. Requires a mobile app for the initial setup, but is no longer needed once it integrates with Google Assistant.

So far these have been great to be able to control the lights when away or from bed when you forgot to turn off a light before bed. They are easy to install and setup. Also nice to have the ability to turn on/off when not home to make it look more like someone is home.

With no electrical experience this is easy to install with good directions. My only negative comment is the face plate seems cheap and would have liked the option to use my existing black outlet covers. Otherwise great purchase and is working well

I bought several Kasa Wi-Fi smart light switch. It is very easy to set it up. I love the voice control over Alexa via echo devices and remote control over your phone even you are not home. It is very convenience.

Great product. It works great throughout my house. I have about 20 of these switches in my house. It only works with 2.4GHZ. It will not connect with 5G. They was originally $19.99 and I bought them for $12.99.

Easy to install and setup on the network. Works great with Alexa. Wonderful for replacing three way switches that were controlling outdoor lighting... now I can turn the backyard lights on from anywhere in the house that I’m close to an echo which is great. The only reason I gave it 4* is because it doesn’t fit real well with my existing decor wall plates. You almost have to use the provided wall plate or live with a small gap between the switch and the wall plate.

LOVE how much easier this made my life. My husband is ALWAYS forgetting to turn off lights on his way out the door for work. Since installing these switches, I am able to check on the app whether or not he turned them off and do so, right from my phone!

I have 7 of these plugs in the house. Easy to use. Basic electrical knowledge is good to have. The Kasa app has a step by step instruction which makes it easy to do. Connected the plugs to echo dot Alexa, and makes it easy to turn on and off lights.

Excellent product, only consumes 2W of power (negligible in my opinion). We use this for all of our exterior lights. Automated on/off on a schedule works perfectly.

Had this installed and setup to my needs in under 15 minutes. The hardest part was stuffing it in the wall with all the wires. Setup was simple. I am using this to control my outside lighting to come on at sunset and turn off at midnight. $20 well spent in my opinion.

I was skeptical while I bought this, but the installation and everyday usage, connectively with he smart devices has been good. I am using this to control my master bedroom light with google and works like a magic. I would recommend this any day

Got this to start off my smart home automation. It was easy to install. Just following the simple instructions and your done. Now I tell Alexa to turn on/off my kitchen lights. Boom! I will purchase a few more for the house. It work so good, my friends acutally picked up a few for their home.

The TP-Link Kasa products are very easy to set up. Easy to program. Very addictive. Luckily, I’ve run out of light switches to replace. Far more effective than Phillips Hue light bulbs. TP link Ap is easy to use. Also set up with Alexa is simple.

I have used this device in my garage. It works great. I can turn off the lights using Alexa which I love. Easy to install. Just make sure your electrical box is big enough to handle the wiring that is already in the box plus the unit.

If you’re new to the world of virtual switches and voice command, be careful. You’ll get hooked VERY quickly. This is a great switch, easy to install, easy to program and schedule on and off times. The only reason and I mean the ONLY reason I didn’t give it 5-Stars is because it’s not compatible with the Smart Life App. All of my other WiFi switches are, but I also have this on my Alexa App with the others.

Great value. This is not for three way switches. Also if you've no knowledge of electricity hire someone to install. Other than that really was very easy to install and work. Even when my router died and had to switch to everything new. It was very simple.

I have one connected to my front flood lights and the other to my rear flood lights. Using Alexa, I can now tell Alexa to go to bed and turn them off or tell Alexa I am home and turn them on. Saves me walking 50 or so steps to do the same thing. Love being lazy. Thanks for these. :-)

I no longer need to call the kids to turn off the light anymore. I've since purchased and installed 16 of these Kasa smart switches and controlling them with the KASA app, as well as Alexa is great!

Kasa light switch is awesome!! You can remotely set a timer from ur phone to turn it off and on. You can also operate when you want anywhere. I was in another state and was able to turn my lights off or on . I love this product

I wanted to change to a wall switch that did not need a hub or Zwave. I ditched my Wink Hub. These work off wifi directly and were inexpensive. They work perfectly with Alexa. I replaced both of my Zwave switches. I recommend these.
