We love these switches and add a few every time there is a sale or we have a little extra fun money. They are easy to install and are really convenient. We use them primarily via our Alexa devices.

The TP-LINK light switch works great. Although it comes with a face plate, it does fit in a standard wall plate opening. I had to download the kasa app to set it up then it does work with alexa.

I tried the insignia wifi lights and did not work. This one 'just works". As long as you understand electrical wiring this is an easy install. If you need one with multiple switches, you would have to purchase (model HS210) not this one.

Got two on sale and they were easy to install and use with Alexa app. No issues they work great.

These light switches are much better then bulbs now I don't have to worry about the balancing act of keeping the wall switch on. They are a little big so some of the locations are a tight fit because of all the copper wire in my outlets.

Better than sliced bread. Installation was a breeze even for a novice. Perfect for turning on lights when away from home and even better when your spouse wants you to get up and turn on the lights. The phone or Echo Dot will handle it for you.

I've installed these to automate the front porch light at my house. Easy to install and setup. App (iOS) was easy to configure and use. Sold that house so I'll be installing more of these in my new house.

TP-Link - Kasa Wi-Fi Smart Light Switch (HS200) - White is a great product. I wished I had purchased these sooner. They make programming your lights so easy.

The switch is as described. If you have basic wiring skills yo should be able to install it with no issues. Instructions through the phone are easy to follow and installing the switch and programing my phone was much easier than anticipated.

Note this is just a on/off switch non dimming. Bought for porch lights. Set up to control with alexa. Need to find a motion detector to work with it. Works great. Just remember you need a neutral wire in the box.

Fairly easy to install once you identify the cabling inside the wall. Setup was a breeze, just follow the instructions and you are done. Now I don't have to get up to turn on the fans, I just talk to my Google Home mini.

Switch was super easy to install and was easily integrated into my smart home (google). Easy to control using your preferred digital assistant or downloadable app.

Works great with the convenience of remote access. Now we can control lights from anywhere! Installs easily, just be sure to turn off the breaker to the switch before attempting to install.

Used this to replace a programable switch that had died. This was cheaper, and much easier to setup and schedule then the old switch I had. Will buy more, when needed.

Okay for the record I have six of these switches in my house. they were very easy to install and the software worked flawlessly. Unfortunately there is a current issue with Linksys and tp-link. I've been on the phone with tp-link's customer service numerous times and I can't help but say this... It just seemed like they pretty much made it my problem instead of theirs. I'd be pretty upset if one of the biggest manufacturers and routers / Wi-Fi equipment wasn't functioning with my current product lines. I would think you would take a much more proactive approach and helping your customers who put Faith in buying your products. I had to find a workaround and yes it was Linksys at fault, but the fact that I had to find my fix on Reddit instead of tp-link's customer support page was pretty sickening. I really don't feel bad about saying these following things about tp-link support... I gave them months to help me and they were absolutely useless.

I decided to change some of my light switches to these smart switches. Network set up was simple as was pairing it to google home. I love being able to turn on lights when I am away. I have 12 of them and have not had any problems.
