Hard to install, great when in place.

However, once it's in, it's been rock solid with my Alexa setup. So, if you can get over some installation weirdness, it's a good device.

Take up a lot of room in the switch box and the mounting tabs are quite thick plastic, so the switch cover won’t go flush to the wall. Would have been nice if they would have use thin metal mounting tabs like a normal switch. Easy to program for on/off sequences.

They all work great, however I hope you never have to call their customer service because they are terrible.
